With the highest buck to hunter ratio in the country, extreme northern Maine Trophy Whitetail hunting is in a league all its own. Nowhere else on earth can this hunt be duplicated. 

Geologically, this area is called the Northern Highlands, the northernmost region of the Appalachian Mountain chain. Long, strenuous winters keeps the buck to doe ratio at optimal levels and allows Bergman's rule to work it's magic on the whitetail herd, producing specimen bucks year after year.

    With so little hunting pressure, many of these bucks live and die of old age. With fantastic antler mass and character, and live body weights upwards of 300#, these bucks are a worthy quarry for testing your skills. This hunt is not for everyone, but harvesting one of these monarchs will put you, as a hunter, in a league all your own. 

We often have the earliest tracking snow in the Northeast, a vital component to tracking down one of these northern land monsters.
